To Know, To Dare, To Will, To Keep Silent are the four words of the Mage.
In order to Dare we must Know, In order to Will we must Dare, We must Will to keep empire and To reign we must keep Silent.


This is the Watchers Rede.

1. Chivalry is a high code of honor, which is of the most ancient pagan origin, it must be lived by all who follow the Old Ways.

2. To thine own self be true.

3. A Watchers word must have the validness of a signed and witnessed oath. Thus, give your word sparingly and adhere to it like iron.

4. Refrain from speaking ill of others, for not all truths of the matter may be known.

5. Be thou honest with others and have them know that honesty is expected from them.

6. The fury of the moment plays folly with the truth, to keep ones head is a virtue.

7. Contemplate always the consequences of your actions, strive to harm none.

8. Pledge friendship and fealty to those who so warrant it. Strengthen others of the brotherhood and they shall strengthen you.

9. Thou shalt not reveal the secrets of another Watcher or the coven, for they have labored long and hard so cherish them as treasures.

10. Though there my be differences between those of the Old Way, those that are once-born must see nothing and hear nothing.

11. The laws of the land should be obeyed whenever possible and within reason, for in the main they have been chosen with wisdom.

12. This above all. An it harm none, do as ye will, so mote it be.
